The participants will be under the care of experienced instructors and dedicated volunteers who will provide the best of care. PLEASE NOTE: The program schedule does not permit communication with the participants. Any information about the participants can be obtained by contacting the Office at iii at the number below.

Parents are requested not to send snacks, video games, walkmans/mp3 players, mobile phones, personal electronic media devices of any kind, jewelry, valuables, etc. with the participants.

Children must remain in the care of their guardian until the beginning of the program at 12pm on Jul 15, you can arrive at iii the day before and stay overnight if you wish. Those parents and guests who are traveling with children will not be able to stay with them after the program begins on Jul 15.

If you wish to extend your stay at iii, separate bookings can be made at the registration desk in the Office or by calling the number below.

A group registration discount is available for multiple-child households. For families with more than one participant, the rates are as follows: registration for the first child is at regular price ($850), the second receives 25% off ($640), and the third receives 50% off ($425). This discount is intended for children living within a single family unit & registrations must be submitted together in order for the discount to apply. These discounted rates cannot be combined with any other offer.

Please send in completed forms along with payment to Isha Foundation on or before June 30, 2012. If you wish to register after June 30, please call the number below first to confirm availability before sending in your registration forms.

Acceptance of registrations is at the discretion of Isha Foundation. Your application for enrollment for the Isha Summer Program for Children is not a confirmation of your registration.

A confirmation letter by email (if you have nominated one) will be sent to you once your application has been approved and payment processed. Please allow up to 10 days on receipt of your application by us.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
• Registration deadline is one week prior to the program. Registration requests after the deadline will be individually evaluated and are space dependent.
• Registration may close before the deadline due to space limitations.
• A $50 processing fee will be deducted for Cancellation/Refunds prior to the registration deadline.
• No program refunds after the registration deadline, but at the teacher's discretion, the program fee may be transferred to any future program within a one-year period.
• All refunds will be made by check, please allow 3-4 weeks processing time.
