Isha Institute of Inner-sciences welcomes your
children ages 7 to 13 years old to meet new friends, uncover hidden talents, explore new cultures, and ignite a passion for self-directed exploration over
the course of 10 fun, magical, unforgettable days at our residential campus nestled in the beautiful Cumberland Plateau. |

What to expect:
As a result of this week and a half long retreat, children will become more responsible and responsive to individuals and situations, develop a love and respect for the interconnectedness of life, and improve their overall health, wellbeing, and confidence.

Guided by experienced educators, highly trained yoga teachers, and dedicated, caring volunteers, your child will benefit from the experience of the traditional Isha Yoga for Children program, as well as numerous outdoor adventures, and the time and space to reflect upon the world around.
