COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR THE PROGRAM
- Carry your own yoga mat, your own cushion, water bottle, and hand sanitizer
- Maintain 6 feet physical distance
- Wear your face masks all the time, except the time while you would be doing the practices.
- Participants entry will start 30 minutes before session timing
- In the interest of everyone's well-being, if you get affected or show symptoms of Covid-19, Isha reserves the right to ask you to leave the program immediately. You can Re-register for the program once you recover.
- Isha reserves the right to reschedule/cancel the program
